Summary
Kowloon, during the next few days, may expect to see the Star Theatre crowded with young and old alike because there will be shown at this popular cinema a picture of very special appeal for the children. This is 'The Darling of New York.' Principally, the appeal lies in several things – first, the charming acting of little Baby Peggy, then the story mingling comedy, pathos, mystery and surprise. Finally, the skilled camera work was done under the direction of Carl Laemmle.
