At a meeting of the War Pensions Committee at the House of Commons recently, Sir Henry Harris called the attention of the Minister of Pensions to an American invention for using the cinematograph for photographing the muscle of men in order to ascertain if they were fit to undertake particular work. The Minister said he had not heard of this, but the department was anxious to have all modern aid to helping them in arriving at proper decisions.
