Summary
The Palisade had successful opening last night. It is 130 feet long and 80 feet wide, and it will comfortably accommodate 1,000 people. It also has a nice design with a screen of considerable size, 18 feet by 24 feet and the picture could be seen readily from all parts of the floor. And the absence of flicker was a keenly appreciated feature. The pictures have good descriptions, including 'The Secret of Convict 555,' The Gaumont Graphic and 'Russians in Poland.'
