Hongkong cinema-goers do not need to be told what Viola Dana represents on the silent stage. In 'The Five Dollar Baby,' plenty of room is found for fun – fun of the kind which is neither riotous nor unnatural. In some of the scenes one cannot help being carried away by the really humourous situations and in others, one is really moved by the touching portrayal by Miss Viola and Ralph Lewis. 'The Five Dollar Baby' opened to an enthusiastic audience at the Queen's Theatre last night and will be shown there during the weekend.
