Paris July 18 – Judging races by film seems likely to be the next innovation on the French turf. The owners of Le Tremblay racecourse today tested the idea. Two kinematograph machines were mounted on the side of the course. As in two finishes the winner only got home by a head. The result of the test, which has not been announced, will show whether there is any prospect of the kinematograph being used as a racecourse test.
