Summary
The Venus Amateur Dramatic Society had a large audience. All artistes received enthusiastic receptions and calls for encores. The proceeds of the performance given tonight are for the widows and orphans in the Jutland Battle. Artistes included Mr. F. Hickman, Messrs. A. King, J. Gray, Messrs. G. Crocker, L. Hatton, F. Harwood, Mr. F. Waterman,S. Cartin, P. Levers and Dyllis Phare.
