Persons who have curiosity as to just how much laughing they can stand without collapse should go to the World Theatre where '40 Horse Hawkin's,' the latest Gibson production is being screened for the last time. For genuine humour requiring none of the usual upholstering to 'put it across,' Hoot Gibson's starring vehicle is all there. It is a melodrama of the 'East Lynne' type, starving, freezing mother and babe, sneering villainess and all the rest of it. Film plot included. Anne Cornwall, Helen Holmes, Richard Tucker and Edward Sedgwick, who also directed the pictures are Gibson's capable support.
