Mr. E. R. Bush arrived in the Colony yesterday and arranged a film to be screened at the Bijou theatre which is about the adventure of a boy who is engaged in a search for an island treasure and became an officer aboard a U. S. ship.
The opening episodes of the serial film 'Neal of the Navy' attracted good audiences at the Bijou. The film portrays phrases of life in the American Navy and should prove very popular.

A fete was held on Empire Day in the British Consulate grounds in Amoy in aid of the Sailors' War Orphans. The Club Theatre was prettily decorated, war pictures being shown and explained by the Rev. Mr Wales.
