A dramatic story 'A Hero of the People' is now being screened in six parts at the Hongkong Theatre. The final episodes of 'The Purple Mask' will be shown tonight and another splendid film is anticipated for next week while matinees were well patronised.

Last 2 night only, 14th, 15th and 16th August, showing at 9.15 p.m. performance, 'A Daughter of the Gods.' 7.15 p.m. performance, screening an exclusive Paramount feature in 5 parts, 'Each Pearl a Tear.'

The performances of 'Daughter of the Gods' will be extended. The Paramount film 'Each pearl a tear' featuring Fanny Ward will be screened at the matinee today and 'Mary Page' will be shown soon.
