An excellent new programme was put on at the Victoria Theatre last evening, which included Pathe's British Gazette and 'The High Hand,' a six-part film dealing with American labour and political questions.

Messrs. Pathe Freres, who own the rights for China of Million Dollar Chaplin Films, has received the first Million Dollar production entitled 'A Dog's Life' and will exhibit it in the Colony shortly.
