Tsang Chung, a house 'boy,' attached to the Victoria Gaol quarters, created a disturbance last night in the Tai Ping Theatre, for which he had to pay dearly at the Magistracy this morning.

There is a list of lecture course of the Chinese Y.M.C.A. The lecture tomorrow evening, 'The Progress of the Mercantile Marine from a Hongkong Standpoint,' and those on 'Korea' will be illustrated with lantern slides.

Tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock there will be a lecture on 'Korea' at the Chinese Y.M.C.A. Mr. W. H. Emberley will have a number of slides exhibited.

This morning, a quarrel arose between one of the managers the Tai Ping Theatre and a fiddler over a question of wages. The manager struck the musician and inflicted a nasty cut.

His Majesty's Consult-General at Canton has forwarded to the Prince of Wales' Relief Fund a sum of £250. It also includes $272,30, the proceeds of a cinematographic performance given in aid of the Fund by the Cosmopolitan Amusement Co. in the Canton Club Theatre on October 20.

The Canton A. D. C. is to produce 'Clothes and the Woman' at the Canton Club Theatre on Saturday night.
